Best way to get a midi/gameport on my PC?

I dug out my old flight gear and I want to use it again instead of replacing it because it's spendy. I have the CH Combat Stick, Throttle PRO and the pedals. But it's all midi/gameport style connectors and my new computer doesn't have one. I have onboard sound so I don't want another sound card if possible. What's the best way to get this stuff connected so I can start flying again? Thanks.

Pick up a game port to usb adapter. Or buy a cheap pci sound card.

Either way you have to spend money. You're not losing anything if you pick up a pci sound card.

Wait, you've got like maybe a $1,500 computer and not willing to spend even $50 on a good pci sound card with a game port?

I don't mind that at all but I like my systems to be as minimilistic as possible and I'm more than pleased with the sound on my Intel motherboard. I would like to avoid having two sound cards in my computer if possible. I was hoping either just a game port PCI card existed or possibly a USB/MIDI converter existed.
