I know you're supposed to eat a lot, but what? Should I cut out the aerobics and just stick to weights?

"And remember...if you're not sure of something, rub it against a piece of paper. If the paper turns clear, it's your window to weight gain. Bye bye everybody!"

Lie around.
Don't exercise
Eat high fat foods
Go to bed on a full stomach.

Your health will go to hell in a handbasket, and you will have achieved your goal.

That's BS. Doesn't work.

Eat lots of food, pasta, rice, fruit, veg, potatoes,

Drink lots of MILK and eat a bunch of eggs.

Eat before you go to sleep. Eat min of 5 meals a day. Make them as big as you can stomach but DON'T OVER EAT. Just eat 5 meals a day and eat before you go to bed also.

Chuck in some junk food also. Donuts 3x a day, ice cream, cakes, biscuits etc. If you are serious about gaining I'm sure you 'can' cut back once your at your ideal weight.

Go easy on the cardio. Do 'some' but don't do hrs upon hrs of cardio. Do the bar minimum or just stop full stop. Doing no cardio is not 'healthy' but if you don't do any for a shorter period it isn't so bad. But I would still recommend you to do some.

MILK, eggs and nuts are the key. Just eat like no tomorrow.

You can gain if you eat A LOT.

I am not trying to become extremely unhealthy or overweight, junkfood really isn't my thing, and I am talking about muscle mass here.

I have heard going to bed on a full stomach is REALLY bad for the system, throws everything out of wack or something

<-- starts chugging milk (like he used to)...

Is there a significant difference between whole and 2% in terms of weight gaining ? My fiancee only buys 2% even though I want the whole... can't finish 2 so we can only choose 1.

Um, get at least 8 hours of sleep, nix the aerobics (most anywayz) and work one muscle group 4 days per week, one day one, one day off. Try some Phosphagen or metrex creatine formula's and drink water like you're a camel (lots)

20 lbs in about 3 weeks? Maybe 4? You know about eating? 5-6 small meals per day....increase your calories by 15% and take zma just before bedtime.

That's my recommendation.

I dont want to gain weight that fast, I've heard its not good for the heart. I'm talking about 20 pounds over a few months. What's zma?

it's not BS. It just so happens that you and I suffer from a commonly known weight gaining disease called "Asian".

Man. I, like many others, are spiteful because have the exact opposite issue.

Eat a lot of fat and carbs, and don't do anything.
