Best way to do job interviews while also applying to grad school?

I'm applying for grad school next year. I have no idea if I'm going to get in, and I'm not going to know for at least a couple months. On-campus job interviews are starting this week. How do I deal with the grad school part once I (hopefully) start getting offers? I imagine most of these companies aren't going to want to wait until the spring to fill the positions, but I'm also sure that grad school is a common thing for seniors to be applying to.

try a temp job. people at my job have told me some work experience actually helps you to get into science grad schools.

Sorry, can't do that with my situation. If I'm going for my ME masters its going to be next fall, no question. Otherwise if I don't do grad school I'm getting a full-time engineering job.

then go for school. you can't possibly do both, or expect to waste a couple of months, ending up with nothing to put on your resume. people will just hate you for quitting within a year.
