Best way to design labels for CD Stomper?

Just got my CD Stomper Pro in the mail.. it comes with "Click'N Design 3D" but I'm pretty picky with my design applications. Just wondering how other people do their labels (if you had to make a really nice, professional design). Do you use the Photoshop/Illustrator templates instead, and just print from those applications?
