Best way to cut hole in case for a window?

I know a lot of you guys have done some sweet mods to your cases. I especially like the windows. How should I go about putting one in? Well first off, can you tell me where you got the plastic or plexi-glass that you used for the window? Second, how did youcut the hole in the metal case. Lastly, how did you attatch the window to the case? Thanks
