Best way to cool?

OK, at first, I thought this was obvious, fan on ninja points towards rear exhaust fan, really pushing the air through and out, the blower blows air in over my PCI slots.

Then I realised te rear 120mm fan is meant to be intake, and te blower is exhaust, but if I do this, how the hell am I meant to orient my ninja fan?

Any ideas on what would be best? Can the blower be used as intake?

Any thoughts would be appreciated, I want effective cooling to OC an Opty 175. Vid card heat isn't much of a problem, I'm getting the Sapphire x1900xtx Toxic, so there's a watercooling block blowing air out the rear of the case.
