Best way to cook Tuna

I've never cooked it, I don't believe. I usually just mix a can into my macaroni and cheese.

Tuna steaks pan seared or lightly grilled (still pink in the middle) w/ teriyaki and some white rice = teh sh!t!!!11! It's the best when you eat it right after you catch it.

I like it rolled in sesame seeds and seared on a hot grill best.

Also, if you have frozen steaks or loins that are starting to get a bit freezerburned/fishy, a great use is to poach it with lemon and bay leaves and make a nicoise salad...awesome!

Sauté onion, garlic and pepper for 2 minutes then add tuna cook for 3 minutes more, eat with rice or bread.

Tuna Cigar coin soup.

Get nice expensive cigar.
Cut into coins.
Add 2 cups hot water. 1/3 cup milk.
Heat to simmer.
Add Cigar Coins
Add two tblspns butter
Pinch of salt.

Simmer down about 5 minutes.

Add Tuna. Cook for additonal 3 minutes til heated thoroughly.

Garnish with Parmesean Cheese.
