Best way to cook lamb rib chops?

Have these delicious looking lamb rib chops that I've been marinating for a few hours now - how should I cook them? In the oven (if so, what temp is good?), broiler, or stove top? I also have an ultravection convection oven, if that helps.

Thanks!

Use cast iron skillet like you would a nice steak.

Oven at 450-500, put skillet in for 20 minutes, use skillet to quickly sear chops, put back in oven. Remove at 135 degrees.

Season chops liberally with salt/pepper/garlic and toss some rosemary in when you put it back in oven.

Or just broil them with some herbs.

*GASP* you're marinating them????!!!!!! *FAINT*

Step 1: Throw Lamb in the garbage
Step 2: Buy beef
Step 3: cook beef

Open Fire

Make a wood fire outside and cook it. Tried this while camping with Beef. Best meat I have ever tasted.

Not to slam, but why do people marinade good cuts of meat? It boggles the mind. You only marinade crappy meat.

Lamb chops are some of the tastiest things known to mankind. You have the filet mignon of lamb. Cook it quick. Lamb beyond medium is ruined.
