I just fry it up and put it on some toast and eat it and go - egg sammich FTW!

I don't know what that equates to - I crack it, drop it in, let the bottom get cooked, flip it, then right before it's done, pop the yolk and let it cook briefly (so it doesn't run everywhere in sammich form.)

Step 1: walk out to barn, retrieve eggs.
Step 2: return to house.
Step 3: heat up non-stick pan
Step 4: cook bacon
Step 5: cook eggs - over easy or a steak and cheese omelet, using a touch of the remaining bacon grease

REAL American cheese is a mild cheddar. I don't know why they bothered to change the name, but despite the way companies mismarket the name American cheese and processed cheese aren't the same.

Asian style canola oil pan fried sunny side up.

The outer edges and the bottom of the egg whites get distinctively crispy and CRUNCHY from the oil. There is no other better way to eat it.
