Best way to Convert Video for Zune

I'm basically looking for the easiest and fastest way to convert video for a Zune (320x240 WMV) while still maintaining good quality (no artifacting or color banding pretty much). Anyone have suggestions? I'm currently using Windows Media Encoder with default settings.

well you could use ATI AVIVO converter ... that converts videos faster than any video encoder i know.

I can't see where to set the output resolution, it looks like all it does is transcode between codecs.

I suggest for an Update ... i am pretty sure they will add zune support next AVIVO update which should come in next ATI driver.
