Best way to contact Dell for a product return for credit? (1800FP LCD return)

Hey guys I received an 1800FP LCD from Dell a couple of days ago and the monitor is plagued with the random blackout problem as described Here (My post is on page 13). Anyways, please lmk what you believe will be the most efficient way of getting a return credit on my debit card since the item is defective. Thanks in advance

They have an online return system. Works quite well. Log into your account and select Service & Support. Then go though their customer care option.

And for gods sakes what ever you do not call there CS, I have sworn off ever buying from Dell again because of them.
