Best way to clone laptop to 2 others?

Have 3 Dell Latitude z600's. I installed Win7 x64 + a ton of software and patches on one, as well as VMWare server and a Win2k3 VM.

I want to clone the config from the one laptop I set up to the other two. What is the best way to do this? Can this be done over the network? The laptops also have eSATA ports, is there a way to connect two of them together using the eSATA and clone one directly?

I use an 80GB Seagate Freeagent Go with Ghost bootable to create images of my PCs and laptops. You can also use Hiren's Boot Disk CD to run Ghost or Disk Image.

These laptops don't have CD/DVD, so I have to use one externally via eSATA. Is there a USB boot disk I can use for this?

I'm pretty sure there are USB flash drive versions of ghost, acronis, and hiren's boot disk. Just look.
