Last night I came home late and while I was fumbling for the light switch, I knocked over a bottle of water on my kitchen counter top. It was very nearly half full. Fortunately none of it got on the floor or I'd have a real mess.
Anyway, I was tired so I decided to leave it over night, thinking it might be easier to clean up in the morning...
Well this morning things had gone from bad to worse. The puddle that once covered only a small portion of my counter top had spread to covering about half of it. My coutertops are concrete, and I worry they might require that you use a special cleaning solution or cloth or something. So anyway I decided to leave it and ask you guys for help before I ruin my expensive counter tops.
Do you think the water will have spread more by the time I get home?
If I leave it too long will it get sticky?
Is there a special cloth or cleaner I need to buy?
Will I need to use a disinfectant after I clean up the water?
I'm really worried about stains, do they make a stain remover?
I heard kitty litter can help?
