Clean it all you want, but special lights will still find it. Yeah, I've been watching too many late night forensic detective shows. ;)

You cannot remove dna from fibre. What you rinse out of it, simply drains into the subflooring below it. Got it? If it was on linoleum, tile, or any other non-porous surface, you could clean it completely. ;) Hell, they even find dna and blood in drains after people have showered
