Best way to check for dead pixels?

Just got my L70S, and it's great. I've opened alot of white screens and back screens, mostly using ms word changing the background then making it full screen but, even then the very out border has a thin line of grey, what program can i use to view the screen 100% black or white? I want to be sure i have no dead pixels.

if you have to search for the dead pixels whats the difference. when you find one it will bother you . if you don't find one and there is one it won't make any difference

Right...I looked at my lcd and noticed no dead pixels. I don't think there are any. I didn't do a rigorous search though. if I find one, I'll be staring at it constantly. don't bother.
