Hey guys, I just purchased a dual channel kit of OCZ Plat Rev2 2x512 memory. What's the best method of burning it in. Oh and if you have any Venice 3200+ burn in tips, I'd appreciate that too.

Thx

I'm not sure if this is the "best method", but you might consider the prime95 torture test, which should test both your ram and cpu. You could also try memtest86.

I'm also not sure what you mean by "burning it in". You could run memtest86 and make sure the RAM is stable, I suppose. There's no reason to burn in RAM, though. CPUs are supposed to undergo burn in to allow the thermal paste to set, but this doesn't apply to RAM.

Yeah, MT86+&P95TT blended are enough to determine your ram is solid. If you are refering to the myth about enhancing performance, particulally for overclocking, don't bother=myth busted.
