Best way to burn-in completely?

I know a lot of you guys don't believe in this, but I was just curious as to what the best way to fully burn-in a processor would be?

Running prime for 24 hours or something like that?

prime is popular. also memtest..if u have a p4 w/ HT enabled run 2 instances....

or any distributed client will work..u know the stuff that betters mankind through using ur spare resources...some ppl swear that burning in works..others just say its the thermal adhesives fully bonding, etc, etc..who knows
