I play with a online community that is a pretty good size..and really nice people. We have LANs in NJ that we goto and we are usually the biggest group of people there. We just had one last weekend and 10 of us showed up..which isnt really bad for an 80 man lan.
Well in March there is going to be a 576 man lan and we want a lot more members to come. The problem is that a lot of our members do not live near NJ....a lot live in canada ..maybe 6..and other places. A lot of them really want to come but again the problem is transportation. While a lot of them are of legal driving age having them all drive is a bit absurd..also some dont have cars..or just cant do it. We are trying to think of a way to get them here the cheapest and in a safe and sain way.
Any suggestions.
We have thought of a coach bus..but we assume that would be insane...
Greyhound...Where do you put all your computers/monitors
Airplane...Expensive for people our age
Renting...Most of us arnt 25..
