Best way to back up MP3s to CDR?

I have nero. What's the best way to back up my mp3's to cdr?
I know in the past, that sometimes I would back up my music, and that it would cut part of the song title off on the cdr, and make the playlist no longer work.

if you are just backing up mp3, copy them over like you would any other file. If you are trying to make a music CD that will play in a cd player, I'm going to call the RIAA on you. 😉

In nero make your compilation then right click the song, then go to properties, then put the pause to 0(zero). You can't do this with the 1st track due to CD standards.

Damnit, i read your post wrong. Well for anyone that wanted to know now you do.
Pepsei is right.

Is there a program for mass renaming?

look on download.com i found a few there but they are kinda hard to use.
post quickly, you are currently at 666, meaning you are evil, which thus means you are coping mp3 for illicit purposes.

You know, between the time you post this until now, you could've edit all the names.

I usually drag everything to NERO, and I check the file name first on the destination, you could tell immediately if you need to edit them or not. if all the file names are the same then you do.

NERO truncates the name near the end, so if the filenames are different in the beginning, you can get away with not editing them.

RAR them up? I usually just burn the actual MP3 to my cdr.
That way I can put them in the cdrom, and play from the cdrom
