Best way to apologize?

I was at martial arts last night and I think I ended up pissing off a friend of mine. When I was leaving I could tell she was a tad bit tick off at me.

I feel quite bad about it...not sure how to apologize.

The best way to say you are sorry is to say, "I'm sorry.....that you are making me apologize for such a lame thing you made me do"

I find it best to never apologize and if you do have to, it's best to make it seem like it's not your fault rather they caused you do it.

If that doesn't work a peace offering in the form of a personalized guitar solo or a bread bowl with spicy chili works good too.
