Best way/cheapest way to set up conference call?

I need to set up a meeting every week with 5 people living in different states. Currently we are doing it through online chat with MSN messenger, but sometimes I think things would be better/more quickly explained verbally. I know I can can use netmeeting, but some of the people in the meeting have difficulty setting that up. I also have 3-way calling, but there are 5 ppl.

So.... any suggestions on what I can use that is easy to set up and preferably free?

Have everyone else get 3 way calling.. then you can have 5 people on at the same time..

It works, I saw this yesterday on Sex in the City..

I wonder if anyone else of our 5 have 3 way calling...
How would this work? So I would call 2 of the people that have 3-way and those would call 1 other person? Sounds kinda hard to collaborate.

netmeeting will work, but it's a headache to set up. Some routers you need to actually turn on the netmeeting capability because it uses awkward ports.

For the 3 way, you call 2 people, ask those people to call the other 2 people. It ain't that hard.
