ok, i know i need distilled water and everything, but i remember reading something somewhere that said that name brand xxxxxxx was the best b/c it used the best purification process. i have slight recollection that it was aquafina, b/c pepsi uses the best system to distill it, and everything. can anyon back me up???

oh yeah, this is for a koolance system, so i dont believe, i can use anti freeze, or the like.

also, how can i clean the tubing out, if it has gunk in it now????

I would use reverse osmosis or distilled water because of the lack of impurities if I were to use water. Though, personally I'd use pure antifreeze because of it's corrosion resistance, though I've always wondered about using isopropyl alcohol since it's virtually guarenteed to not get moldy and has an excellently low viscosity.

hmm, maybe i will ask koolance about the isopropyl alcohol as it has to have very little ways of damaging the piping, and should have good heat absorbtion.

I would NOT use pure antifreeze. I'd use distilled/deionized water with Water Wetter.
