Hello, I am trying to help my brother who is not very techie. His new job demands he keep notes, the problem is he uses the hunt and peck system for typing. I am trying to find him a recorder that he can speak into to transcribe his comments. Dragon and Google Voice are the ones that I have found. He does not have a smartphone right now but would be willing to get one or would you recommend a small recorder?
