Best voice recognition app for android?

Just played with a friends iphone 4s. Overall i couldnt really tell much of a difference between my other friends galaxy s2 (in speed,pic quality, functions etc all seem the same to me) However the size was just awefull, so so small. I would never want a phone that small to use and surf the internet with among other day to day functions. On the flip side siri worked awesome. It got every word i said perfectly. The samsung gets things mixed up like crazy to the point where its basically useless to try to speak out a text message. So what does android have that works good?

I have very good accuracy on the stock android recognition. Is that what the 4s uses, or does Samsung use their own?
