Best VIVO card under 100 bucks

I was wondering what type of connectors the breakout cables usually have. I see four connectors on most of them and what I need is a regular composite (RCA) video signal to send to my junky TV. Is there one on the standard breakout cables for vivo. Specifically, I'm looking at the .Gigabyte Radeon9200 128MB VIVO I know that the gaming and stuff is not that great, but i just need something to do VIVO and give me an upgrade from my voodoo3. HAHA

If you guys do have better suggestions for close to 100 bucks, please let me know
 
gf3 is a very nice upgrade from a v3. Note that if all you need is TV-Out not VIVO (Vid In Vid Oout) you have more cards to choose from. You might even find a gf4 ti4200 with TV-Out (not VIVO) if you hunt around, or check the FS/FT forum.
 
Ya I was about to just get video out but my girlfriend wants me to record her Sex and the City episodes. ugh...

Is my card worth anything in the vintage market yet? 😉
