The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past has always been my favorite, Rampage was definitely cool though. 🙂

River City Ransom was fun, I used to play it for hours with my brother .

I dont like ogre battle, i dunno why.

For me it is

RTS = Tie between AOE II Conquerers and Total Annihilation with CC

FPS = Single player: Jedi Outcast (If rune did better with the first person mode it might have been that,
Multiplayer: COOP:Rainbow 6 / Deathmatch: I really can't decide prolly CS if I didn't get beat so bad by 14 year olds that get to play all day 😉

Those are the only types of Video games I really like... when I go to the Arcade it's all about Pinball 😉

Whoever said Halo is nuts--Halo is a ton of fun, but it has plenty of issues, not the least of which is the story it borrowed from HalfLife, which itself falls short of a title such as this thanks to it's idiotic ending sequences.

For me:

Console: Alex Kidd in Miracle World -- better than Mario in nearly every aspect--goofy, quirky, platforming fun
PC: Q3A -- I hate to give a nod like this to Q3A, a game that has no story, no particular levels, etc--however, this is really a look at gaming in the future..i've been playing it for years now. Q3A is a game that is so solid in its foundations, it has endless playability. It never gets old, it never feels worn. It took me about six months to warm up to it, but when I did, the collision detection, mechanics, and balance of the game are so spot on--I can't think of a better experience I've had on the PC.

Honorable Mention: GPL (for the same reason as Q3A--it is THE racing sim, to this day)

My favorite games ever include:
Super Puzzle Fighter 2 Turbo
Metal Gear Solid
Metal Gear Solid 2
Capcom Vs. SNK 2
Xmen Vs. Street Fighter
King of Fighters '95
King of Fighters '96
King of Fighters '98

vash

PC game: Shogo (old school goodness)

Console: Legend of Dragoon (best rpg ever)

New age game: Panzer Dragoon Orta
