Best Video display software?

i want to view video coming in from my s-video connection on my evga geforce 4 ti4600. i don't want to edit it, i don't want to record it. i just want to watch it. for instance, i want to play xbox and i want to route the video through my computer. i'm pretty sure i've got the right specs for it. all i need is some good software. i have tried powervcr and that's been the only reasonably decent one i've found. any suggestions?
