I am building a gaming PC. I have found a few choices I like. Which is the best?

EVGA GeForce 650 1GB GDDR5 $100
Sapphire Radeon 7970 2GB GDDR5 $89
AMD Radeon 512MB GDDR5 50
 
So you've gone from SLI GTX 780 to those?

I assume the middle card is a 7790? I don't even know what the third card is, but 512mb of VRAM is way too low for today's gaming standards. Even 1GB is low so 650 is out of the picture especially considering the fact that it's not really a gaming card. A 7790 is a decent entry level gaming card and probably as good as you can get for less than $100 unless you try to find something used.
