Best video card with VIVO features for 150?

Get an ATI card for VIVO. You can get an AIW Rage 128 Pro for $149 direct from ATI. Not the best for gaming, but an excellent card for VIVO. Or if you're looking for a PCI card, there are a couple good ones.

I don't understand Lukes advice at all.
The Radeon VIVO can be had for <$150, as can the Radeon 32DDR All In Wonder, and he recommends an ancient Rage based card?!
Go for one of the two I mentioned, you won't be sorry. I loved my VIVO, and it performed light years better than the Rage 128 and Rage MAXX cards I had.
