Best video card under $50?

What, in your opinion, is the best video card that can be bought on Craiglist/classifieds for under $50? I'm looking for something mainly to play Dolphin and PCSX2 games that can pair with an i3-6100.

Should be able to find a GTX 670/680 or an AMD 6970/6950

If you're playing Dolphin, avoid anything from AMD from the Radeon HD 6000 series or older (HD 5000, 4000, etc). They're pretty terrible with the OpenGL renderer and don't support the Vulkan or DirectX 12 renderers, limiting your options to DirectX 11 which isn't always the best for emulation. You want Radeon HD 7000 series (7750 and above), or Radeon 200, 300, or 400 series.

For $50 used you should be able to find a 7850 / 7790 / 270 /270x / 260x out there

As far as I can see, early Radeon 400 series matches your request, but you`ll ned to surf shops a lot to find price like this
