What are the best video cards for $100-$120?

Looking for a card that
- Has no problem running dual monitors (1680x1050 and 1280x1024)
- Can run games smoothly (note: games played are not very graphically intense)
- Is quiet
- Is a worthwhile upgrade from a 7800gt.

I'm thinking this can be done in the $100-120 range, but please let me know if this is not possible, thanks. I've been looking at the nvidia 650.

I am leaning towards an nvidia card since I've had less problems with them, but I would like to see an option for both nvidia and amd in this price category, if possible.

Thanks for any help video card gurus.

Reviewers recommend the Radeon 7750 or 7770 in that price range. If you get a good price on the 650, then it's a fine option too.

I've seen a couple 650ti's for $120 after rebate. That would be your best option. If you don't like messing with rebates, a radeon 7770 would be your best option. Either one would be a significant jump from your current card.

The 7770 is a bit less powerful then the 650 ti

The 7770 has a larger lead of the 650 (then the 650ti over the 7770)

The 7750 vs. 650

Basically:
7750 < 650 << 7770 < 650 ti

The 650 starts at $90 and the performance drop is pretty big.
The 7750 starts at $90 too and isn't worth considering with the 7770 so close.

I'd go with the MSI HD 7770 for $105 AR

Or

The EVGA GTX 650 TI for $120 AR

Rebates suck but those are probably two of the best bets in that price range if you can do the rebate.
