Problem is there is a HDD bay right below, at botton of case - needs to be single slot

Is that HIS HD 4670 under $60?

That's in interesting-looking case, Zebo; if it's not too much trouble, could you provide photos of it from other angles, or perhaps a link to a product page?

This is a pretty comprehensive review. I went with it because my cabinet is only 13" deep and will not fit most cases. Also, it's nice to be able to put a real PSU in there like corsair or seasonic instead of worrying.

What size PSU? I'm looking for a lp gpu that will work with my 235w PSU. Most cards require 300w+. I looked for specs on that Asus 4350, but don't see any requirements?

4350 isn't really enough juice for good de-interlacing and such: you should optimally have a 4670 or GT220. However, for passive low-end, this Geforce 210 should do fine if the heatsink isn't sticking too far out for you.
