Best Video Card I can get for 500w PSU?

Hi

I'm currently upgrading my PC, it's still missing the Video card, and I already have these parts:

CPU: Xeon 1231v3
Mobo: Asrock H97m PRO4
ram: 2x8GB Corsair vengence 1600
HDD: 250GB samsung evo 840
480GB OCZ vertex 460
500GB SATAIII Seagate (random hdd)
mouse: SteelSeries Sensei pro
Keyboard: corsair K70 RGB
Case: Aerocool Xpredator X1 (I think it comes with 1 fan controller, and 3 fans)
PSU: Cosair CX500
cooling: cooler master hyper 212 evo
1x DVDRW

I'm not planning to change my current PSU (got 2 months ago)

What is the best video card I can get for this setup??

A 290 (non x) with no voltage adjustments. A GTX 760/770/960/970 would also work fine.
