Best video card for TV (read DVD) output _and_ DVI?

I'm looking for new video cards for two systems I'm planning on building soon. Both of them will hook up to DVI-based LCDs (one a 17", one a 15"), and I'll need video cards for both.

There are a few issues which stop this being an easy decision:

1. I want one of them to support both TV-out so I can play DVD movies on our TV in the living room :)

2. Both must do DVI.

3. 2d image quality is important (one of the reasons I'm going with DVI in the first place).

4. 3d game support and good drivers is important. I run mostly Windows2000, but I keep Win98 for older stuff (like Duke Nukem 3d).

5. We won't be doing this until August :-(

6. I don't want to spend more than about $150 on the tv-out one and about $100-ish on the non-tv one (but that is variable).

The systems will be at least Duron 750's, if not Palaminos (depends on availability of cheap SMP boards) with 256meg RAM.

Because of number 5 I'm interesting in hearing any rumors for up-and-coming products, like the Matrox 550.

Right now, if I had to chose, I'd probably go for two Matrox 450's due to DVI+TV, low cost and good 2d graphics.

Any ideas guys?

Oh, forgot one thing - I'd like to have either two identical cards or two variations of the same card, ie I don't want one Matrox and one nVidia.

Thanks again :)

wel if you want good 2d right now id go with a Geforce 3 , but not sure which model has DVI. and most tv out are limited to 800x600 but if you full screen it on your tv at least with a dvd it should be fine
