Best video card for flash

Hi, I need to know what you guys would recommend as the best video card to run .swf flash files at 1024 x 768 32bit color. I am currently using the radeon 7200 on a 1gig machine with 1gig memory. The files are authored at 30fps but I'm lucky if I get 20 fps. I have a sample flash file that includes the mock flash speedometer and if anyone would be willing to take a look please email me. The file has not only a lot of motion but also uses some alpha scenes and that especially seems to slow things down. Any suggestions or comments welcome.
