So... best video card for quad core HT capable intel chips from 2008 to 2012? That's quite a range.

Ok, I'll bite. An AMD 7970 or an nvidia 680 GTX.

Arguably since you can potentially get quad 680 to higher clockspeeds with full waterblocks.

that would still be the Most powerful setup.

Although, potentially I'd suppose 4x peltier + water cooled 680 would be even faster. Cuz in the small space available, you'd need water cooling to cool the opposite side of the peltier, because aircooling would have no space. :whiste:
