If you can spend around $170 a Geforce3 Ti200 is definitely your best bet. If $150 is your absolute limit, get a Gainward Geforce2 Ti/500 XP 64MB for about $125 at newegg.com. Good luck.

For like $180 you can get an ATI 8500 that will give you the same FPS as a Ti200, but imo it has a much better picture and many more features such as dual monitor support and it is HDTV ready.

Actually it'll give you performance closer to a Ti500. but i dont know here you can find a 8500 for $180, share!!!

As for around $150, the GeForce 3 Ti 200 is probabl ythe best bet. It'll probalby be a little more, but it's well worth the money.

No the oem ATI 8500 are clocked at lower speeds that than the retail ones so it give you like Ti200 speeds.

Throw a few extra bux at it and get an 8500 - I've had both the GF3 Ti200 and the 8500, and IMHO the 8500 is a superior product.
