Best video card for a Intel I5 6500 for graphics conversion?

I use Convert to video ultimate to convert video files to something I can use on tv, phone ect... I have a AMD Radeon R9 200 series. What newer card would work better with that CPU?

Get Xmedia recode,it's free and has profiles for a lot of devices and can use quicksync which you already have on your CPU (just link your mobo's vga out to one of your monitors inputs to enable it) otherwise you can use nvenc,any 10 series GPU should do.
There is something similar for amd gpus but I don't see it being used much.

What are the type of cards suitable for my i5 i5 650 3.2ghz pc ( HP Pavilion p660d). In order to run games smoothly like bf series and cod series, present amd future games?
