Best video card for a dual celeron 550

Looking to upgrade my current card (V3-2000 PCI) to something more current and AGP. Trying to keep it below 200 bucks, since the total system upgrade is coming this spring. Any suggestions? Thanks.

my buddy with a dual celeron 550 just upgraded from a v3 3000 to a herc gf2 mx and he loves it, got it for 130 at best buy and says in q3a he gets much better fps at 1024x768 @ 32 than he ever did with his v3, personally I just odered a radeon 32 ddr from buy.com for 151 shipped and I will let you know how it works out when it comes in
