Best video card for $200?

Upgrading from Radeon 8500, would prefer to stick with ATI, but I'm looking for the most performance out of the box (no overclocking) for $200 max. What should I be looking at?
 
Wait a few weeks until the AGP version of the nv 6600GT comes down to that price (currently $230-240).

Like they said, you can find a PCI-E version of the 6600gt for as low as $180, but the AGP is mighty expensive at $240+ which only a few $$$ shy of a 6800 vanilla. Either wait for the AGP prices to drop or get a PCI-E board.🙂
