Best Video Card For 150?

Looking for a agp video card with 64 meg of ram, with tv in. Been out of the loop for some time and could use some advise.

TV in? Only one I know if is an ATI card that has TV in, and those aren't the greatest for,.... well anything with the exception of video capture IMO. Might think about a GeForce 2 GTS or something with 64MB on board and TV out can be had for around $100.00 and can do anything you throw at it, then get a video cature card by ATI for your TV in. That's what I do anyway.

Thanks for the info, i too feel the same way about ati but i keep reading all the "praises" about there cards.? But thanks for the info. I will be deciding shortly.

The best card in that price range IMO is the Gainward Geforce3 Ti200 from Newegg for around $160 but it does not have tv in.

Thanks for the replies, i think im going to go with the Gainward Geforce 3, i keep hearing about em. Also does anyone have a tv in card? Is it worth the money?
