Best video card for ~$150 for LCD TV, no gaming?

Hello,

I have a 46" LCD TV that supports 1080p (1920x1080). I want to get a PCI, dual DVI video card for ~$150 to run watch movies on the TV and to connect a 19" LCD monitor. I don't use either LCD for gaming, so I'm mainly focused on performance for watching movies.

I have a Dell 1600sc so I'm limited to the following PCI slots:

two 32-bit 33MHz PCI slots
two 64-bit 33MHz PCI slots
two 64-bit 100MHz PCI-X slots (which support 3.3V or universal cards)

It has a 450W power supply, so I don't think power is a problem.

On the cheaper end of things, I was looking at the GeForce 7600GS 256Mb card at buy.com for $70 (here)

Can you suggest any better card up to ~$150? I suppose I could use a single DVI card as well, if it makes a difference.

Thanks,
Aaron
