Best Video Card for $100-$130 range?

Hi guys,

I don't know squat about lower-end GPU's. My friend wants to get a GPU in the $100-$130 range and I'm not sure what to recommend for her. It will need to be a PCI-Express card and will be going into a computer with, I believe, an AMD 3800 X2 processor and 1GB of ram.

Anyone have any good recommendations? If there's something that's a LOT better for only a few $$$ more, that could be considered too. Basically.. looking for best bang for the buck at that price range.

thanks for the suggestions. The resolution will be 1440x900, and games will probably include stuff like Morrowind / Oblivion, Titan Quest and similar stuff.
