Best video card chipsets now & upcoming

I'm sure the question has been asked at various times,
but I would like to know:

1) What's the best gaming chipset out now?
(GeForce2 Ultra or something else?)

2) What new stuff is upcoming in the next year or
so that'll obviously outperform GeForce2 (or
whatever is the fastest now) since new video
card chipsets come out faster than new CPUs...

3) What sites are specifically geared to give
out this kind of info? (or what part of Anandtech,
if they have an area that focuses on such things)?
 
1. id say radeon
2. No official info has been released
3. Only cheap sites you cant trust have this info(it's all fake)
