Best video card/cheapest is?

I am going to sell my old celeron system and make a duron system in place. This is just my secondary system so I don't want to put too much money into it. I am looking at SiS735 chipset for cheapest mobo. I have everything but the video card. I need the cheapest but acceptable performance. This will be for quake 3/maybe newer games. Again NOT my main sys so no need for overkill. Just to be used by a friend maybe when he comes over.
I see the GF2MX 32MB for ~50 bucks but that might not be the performance I need. I don't really know though.

Ok thats another thing I was thinking, but how hard is it to do the hyperz thing? Overclock is no prob.

What is the difference between the LE and VE besides 2 dollars? It looks like TV out, DVI out also. is the LE DDR like the VE is?
