Best video card and maybe built in tv card value wise

i want a tv card that has connections and also maybe a built in tv card i was thinking an ati i also do play games some times but i want some that not more than 150 or around there thanks

You can probably get a AIW Radeon 8500 DV for $150, maybe something even better. Haven't kept up with prices lately.

The ATI AIW RADEON 8500 retail (built by ATI) is a great card but a tad expensive. I just bought one for my brother. An AIW RADEON 7500 is alot cheaper but won't be near as powerful gaming-wise.
