Best Video Capture device for ~$300

Whats the best video capture device for around $300. It needs to do 640x480@29.97. I was looking at the DC30pro but its around 450, a little too much, and the DC10 is ~90 a little too cheap.
 
Are you trying to capture video digitally or using analog?
If digital I would purchase the firewire card. If analog, I would purchase the Matrox G400 with the Video capture support. Its probably better than the ATI Radeon 64 Meg DDR VIVO, but I went ahead and bought the ATI because of more features. It is suppose to capture higher than 600+ resolution @30 fps but I haven't been successful at capturing at that high of a resolution. It is still good quality in capturing videos.
