best vidcard for ~$50

want a new vidcard ~50 used or new. only game i play is CS, mostly just use for general use (aim, web-browsing, documents). w/ dvi preferred. whats my best option? thanks.
 
You could probably find a used ti4200 64mb for that price. It'd be a lot faster than an mx440, but you wouldn't really need that much speed if all you play is cs. A 8500 or a gf3 could also be had for under $50.
 
A used GF3/Ti500 for ~$40 should also be a good card. Faster than an MX440, though probably worse signal and DVD quality.
