All:

I'm stuck with my current mobo and proc for quite some time. I'm running a 3870 DDR3. My E5300 is oc'd to 3.0 Ghz. What's the best vid card that my CPU can feed?? My monitor is 1440x900 res, but I have a 26" Samsung 1920x1200 TV/monitor that I can hook up to it as well.

Thanks,

AV1611 out....

I'd go with the cheapest gtx460 1gb you can find. 130$?

Edit: edited

Edit 2: :)
Nevermind, they have the gtx460 1gb PNY XLR8 version for only 120$AR.

Edit 3: I'm sorry. :) but a MSI gtx460 Hawk for only 5$ (124$AR) more is also a great deal.

You picked a great time to buy a card. :) I didn't realize the prices have dropped so much.

I've got that PNY GTX 460. Cool running and quiet as a mouse (great reference cooler). I paid about a hundred more than that a year ago. lol
