best vga cooler for a hot card

I'm on lookout for the best passive cooler to cool my x1950xt. I have spotted this the Thermalright HR-03. It reviewed last month. No mention on the forum about it but currently looks like the best vga cooler. It looks high quality and the business. It might be possible to squeeze a 120mm fan onto it. It comes with memory heatsinks also.

well its get one of those or have fun mounting a cpu hsf to it. i wonder what sort of cpu hsf i have to attach to beat the hr-03.
